Tomato Soup
Ingredients
10 tomato
6 cloves of garlic
1 Red Onion
1 Red Bellpepper
[Seasoning]
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Italian Herb
Tabasco
4 cups of veg stock
1/2 cups of soy cream
put TOMATO and GARLIC sprinkle with OLIVE OIL, SALT, PEPPER put in oven200C for 15 min. and take out
put RED ONION, RED PEPPER on tray, sprinkle with OLIVE OIL, SALT, PEPPER put in oven200C for 15 min
take garlic shell, and put everything in pan, put ITALIAN HERB, TABASCO, VEG STOCK, simmer for 10 min.
put in food processor, add SOY CREAM
